These rules cover every account and every offer we run. Taking an offer means agreeing to the terms printed on its card.
Holding an Account
Accounts are for people aged 18 or over, one per person, registered in their own name with details matching their documents. Before withdrawals, after a large deposit or when activity looks unusual, we ask for a photo ID, a selfie and proof of address, and payouts wait until those checks clear.
Deposits
A deposit can be anything from £10 to £5,000. The welcome stages, milestone deposits and reload days each need a deposit of at least £20.
The Welcome Package
Your first four deposits make up the package: 100% up to £500, 75% up to £750, 75% up to £750, then 50% up to £1,000, or up to £3,000 overall. Every stage carries 35x-40x wagering as stated on its card, and bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until it is complete.
Milestone Deposits
The fifth deposit earns 100% up to £1,000, the tenth 75% up to £1,000 and the fifteenth 50% up to £1,200. Wagering is 40x the deposit plus bonus, completed within 7 days, with a £5 cap on any single bet in the meantime.
Reload Days, Cashback and Rakeback
A reload counts only on its own UTC day: Monday 30% up to £400, Wednesday 50% up to £600, Saturday 75% up to £600, Sunday 100% up to £500. Monday cashback, up to £500 on real-money slot play, carries 5x wagering and lapses after 7 days. Tuesday rakeback returns up to 15% of live casino play, never more than £200. Only one bonus may be active at any moment.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals run from £20 (£100 by bank transfer) to £5,000 per transaction and are completed in up to 72 hours.
